Computerized sub-micron snap gauges are using for operative Go/NoGo control in manufacturing process. MICROTECH products sub-micron snap gauges with measuring range up to 500mm (20 inch).
Computerized sub-micron snap gauges equipped with high precision sub-micron indicator with 0.1 micron resolution, color Go/NoGo indication, internal memory and Wireless and USB data transfer to PC or Tablet.
MICROTECH sub-micron snap gauges pass metrological control in accredited ISO 17025 laboratory and have calibration certificate
